2014 LEGO Star Wars Collection

The time has come to choose your side.

This weekend, Star Wars and LEGO fans alike are invited to come together and celebrate the world of LEGO Star Wars with a building event like no other.  This weekend will herald a world first – the attempted building of the largest model of Darth Vader made from LEGO bricks, standing at close to 4m in height and made over a quarter of a million LEGO bricks. But the fun doesn’t stop there, fans will also build a giant model of the Jedi Grand Master himself Yoda, made from LEGO bricks and standing over 2m in height.

Lego Star Wars Building Challenge

To help achieve this mammoth task US LEGO Master Builder Dan Steininger will join Australia’s own LEGO Certified Professional, Ryan McNaught…..

but they will need the help of lots of willing Sydney-siders!

For all the information about this galactic event you can see my previous post here.

Yoda – his wispy hair and robe remind me of my son in his dressing gown. (though his ears are much smaller and less pointy)

Definitely Darth, because around Christmas time I like to go up to family members and say in a deep asthmatic voice, “I have felt your presents!!”

    Darth Vader is just misunderstood,
He’s a really nice guy under that hood!
    Sure, Motti almost got force-choked,
    But Darth was really provoked,
And in the end, he became good.

I am with Yoda because he’s strong and I want to unleash my hidden force. Thanks

I am going with the dark side!

I just cannot move past the fact he is Annikin Skywalker that sweet boy who married the Queen and had those gorgeous twins.

Let’s just say I was raised to find the good in everyone, and the three Star Wars fanatics in my home have taught me few things!

I am a follower on Twitter and Facebook.

Darth. He’s not evil, just misunderstood. Really, which parent doesn’t occasionally feel the need to escape to a planet far, far away?

I’m on Team Yoda for sure. He’s got hundreds of years of wisdom and and can also pack a decent punch too, despite his size and age!!
