Q. How long will it take to receive my order?


A. Orders are usually processed and delivered within 2-5 working days depending on the delivery location. If you have not received your order or any correspondence from us within that time please contact us at info@mummahh.com.au

Q. Do you deliver to hospitals?


A. Delivery to most major Sydney (maternity) hospitals can be arranged via courier delivery. Please email us at info@mummahh.com.au if you require this service.

Q. Do you ship overseas?


A. Yes. Orders shipped internationally are sent via Australia Post unless a priority service is requested. It is the responsibility off the purchaser to pay all charges associated with customs and international delivery. Unless postage insurance is requested the purchaser is liable for loss or damage in transit.

Q. Do you accept exchanges or returns on orders?


A. We will happily cancel your order and provide you with a full refund if your order has not been despatched. Cancellation of orders needs to be done within 24 hours of the order being placed by emailing info@mummahh.com.au If however you have received your order and wish to return it, items need to be returned to PO Box 49 Sans Souci NSW 2219 in original unopened packaging. Return postage is at the customers expense. Once we confirm goods are received we will issue a full or partial refund dependant on circumstances. If there has been an error on our part we will cover return postage costs and exchange, refund or correct the order.


Q. How do you send your orders?


A. Mummahh packs/orders are sent via Australia Post. Order processing and delivery is usually within 2-5 working days, dependant on delivery area. Please contact us if you have not received your order or any communication from us within those times. We offer Regular Post, Express Post or Courier Service.

Q. What if my order is damaged in transit or incorrect?


A. In the unlikely event your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@mummahh.com.au
If your order is incorrect we will request you send your order back and we will resend the amended order and compensation for postage costs incurred (if applicable). Mummahh takes no responsibility for orders that are lost or damaged in transit. We suggest you choose a postage option in our checkout such as Express Post.
