My good friends Emma & Ben welcomed their first child into the world on Sunday 3rd October.
A beautiful baby boy named Hamish.
I wanted to find a gift that had something for everyone - mum, dad and baby.
I wanted something that would surprise.
I wanted something luxurious.
I wanted something that would be unique and I also wanted it to be practical.
I needed to find the perfect gift.

I chose the It's a Boy Gift Box from Pamper Boxes.
Firstly I have to say delivery was super fast, the box was waiting for Emma, Ben and Hamish
when they returned home from the hospital - 2 days after I placed the order. Emma rang me to say how lovely the box was - literally the box that everything came in - "I love the elephant box"!
I wasn't exactly sure of what she meant at first but she explained that the box had red and blue elephants on it and was lovely. Once all the goodies from inside the box have been used it will be filled with keepsakes.
I was so glad that Emma and Ben loved the gift and that it was such a nice surprise for them when they got home. Emma was very happy as she told me everything that the gift box contained.

This box had everything I wanted in a gift:
It was a lovely surprise which was waiting for the proud parents on their arrival home.
It had something for mum - beautiful bubble bath.
Something for dad - macadamia nuts
Something for baby - baby wash
Something luxurious and something practical - yummy chocolates and an Anne Geddes "My First Years" book.
I was informed by Emma that dad had polished off all the macadamias and she was preparing for a (well deserved) bubble bath.

I personally love receiving a box of goodies, it's like Christmas going through and seeing what's inside. If you are looking for a gift that has that special something, just a bit different from your average gift, have a look at the range of gift boxes at Pamper Boxes.
They have boxes for every occasion and if you can't find one that fits the bill you can customise a box or choose individual gifts.
