Crayola Color Wonder

This product talk is brought to you by Nuffnang and Crayola Color Wonder.

Crayola Color Wonder may not be new but it’s still a favourite with kids of all ages.

And I have to say I’m a bit of a fan too. I love it because it’s MESS FREE. Imagine this, you walk into the room to see your child has drawn you a beautiful artwork. What’s wrong with that? Well this beautiful artwork is drawn on the wall in permanent marker! I’m sure most parents have been faced with this scenario more than once or twice.

The Crayola Color Markers are great because they only draw or colour on the Color Wonder Paper – Brilliant!  The range includes licensed titles including Disney Frozen, Disney Fairies, Disney Princess, Disney Jake and the Neverland Pirates, Nickelodeon Dora the Explorer and Nickelodeon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

We received two of the Crayola Color Wonder Packs to try out – Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Disney Frozen.

Crayola Color Wonder

Each Crayola Color Wonder pack comes with 5 markers and an 18 page colouring-in book. Little L, who is five, thought the TMNT pack was awesome and nine year old Miss J loved the Disney Frozen pack. That’s the brilliant thing about these packs even my 11 year old son had a go – and thoroughly enjoyed it. Most people think that Crayola Color Wonder is suited to younger kids and toddlers but they’re really a lot of fun for older children right through until Year 6!

Crayola Colour Wonder

As you can see from the pictures above both kids were very excited to be trying out the Crayola Color Wonder packs. They both went off and started to open and use the packs, these are great when you want to give the kids a ‘craft’ project they can complete unsupervised. You can rest assured that the Crayola Color markers won’t colour on skin, household objects or your precious leather lounge!!

TMNT Crayola Color Wonder

The markers are magic! Whilst they color clear on most surfaces, each marker will magically show up as a specific colour when used on the Color Wonder paper. So while the green marker (green lid) will colour clear on normal paper (and most other things), on the Color Wonder paper it’s magically green!

Disney Frozen Crayola Color Wonder

There is also something extra to keep kids amused with the Crayola Color Wonder packs.

Each colouring-in sheet has hidden designs which magically appear as they colour. It’s much easier to see this in action so I took a quick video of Miss J colouring-in her Disney Frozen picture to show you exactly how cool this is.

The Crayola Color Wonder packs are $13.99 and you can see the full range here. If you are looking for a fun, mess-free craft activity for the kids then the Crayola Color Wonder products are brilliant. The are non-toxic and because they use the special magical ink the Crayola Color Wonder products are also safe for your walls and furniture!!!
