3-6 July: Illawarra Treetop Adventure – Dinosaur Zoo

These school holidays, Illawarra Treetop Adventure will be hosting Dinosaur Zoo.

0CFC90DE-FB79-437C-B079-10E3CFB96374The Illawarra Fly Treetop Adventure, located in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, is one of Australia’s premier rainforest experiences. The elevated steel walkway features two gently swaying cantilevered arms and a central spiral tower raised nearly fifty meters off the forest floor. The stunning views take in everything from the rainforest canopy to Lake Illawarra and out to the South Pacific Ocean.

 

 

 

Dinosaur Zoo is a unique show that allows the audience to interact with prehistoric Australian dinosaurs in a Zoo like environment. Kids and parents can pat the young dinosaurs, who are lively, lifelike, animated and affectionate.

The star of the show is the Dwarf Allosaurus (155 million years old), a fearsome carnivore at the top of the food chain with dramatic and abundant teeth to rip into its prey. Its size is similar to T Rex. Presented by internationally renowned Australian theatre company Erth, Visual and Theatre company – Dinosaur Zoo is a show not to be missed! Dates: from the 3rd to 6th of July – two shows per day at 11am and 1pm

The Museum of Australian Democracy at Eureka (M.A.D.E) is the perfect destination for families during winter with a stimulating range of activities for the school holidays from Monday June 30th – Friday July 11th .
