Delivery

Mummahh packs are sent via Australia Post. Order processing and delivery is usually within 2-5 working days (within Australia), dependant on delivery area. Please contact us if you have not received your order or any communication from us within those times.

If you are ordering from outside Australia all orders are sent standard (usually sea mail) and delivery time is dependant on delivery area. For orders outside Australia we suggest postage insurance, in addition, all charges associated with delivery (including import taxes etc) are the buyers responsibility. Please see below for further information on postage and handling charges.

Postage and Handling Fees (Australia wide)

We offer a flat shipping rate of $8 Australia wide (see below).
Express Post option Australia wide $12
International orders have a $25 flat fee for shipping and handling.

Orders within Australia
Orders under $60 will be sent via standard mail via Australia Post (unless Express Post option selected).
Orders over $60 will be sent Registered Post via Australia Post (unless Express Post option selected).

You will bear the risk of loss if goods go missing in transit. For orders over $60 Mummahh offers registered post as a free service.


In some cases we can accommodate special delivery requirements to most Sydney metropolitan hospitals. If you require this service please email us at info@mummahh.com.au within 24 hours of placing your order. Please quote the order number in your email.

Packaging

All our products are packed securely and delivered in Australia Post boxes. We take the very best care to ensure your pack and its contents arrive intact. In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit or your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@mummahh.com.au. Each situation is dealt with on a case by case basis.

Return, exchanges and cancellations

To cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours at info@mummahh.com.au Due to hygiene issues we are unable to offer refunds on Mummahh Packs once they have been despatched. If however you cancel your order within 24 hours and your Mummahh Pack has not been dispatched, we will happily cancel your order and provide you with a full refund.
