Product Availability

Products may vary from time to time depending on availability from our suppliers. If an item is unavailable from our suppliers, we reserve the right to replace it with a similar item of at least equal quality and value.

Payment, Pricing and GST

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal on this website. Prices displayed are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices do not include postage and handling. Postage and handling is dependant on purchases made, please refer to our postage and delivery page for more information. Prices may be subject to change without notice if necessary.

Delivery

Mummahh packs are sent via Australia Post or Courier. Order processing and delivery is usually within 2-5 working days, dependant on delivery area. Please contact us if you have not received your order or any communication from us within those times. In the unlikely event your gift is damaged in transit or your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@mummahh.com.au. Each situation is dealt with on a case by case basis.

We can deliver to hospitals/maternity wards via courier.

You will bear the risk of loss if goods go missing in transit.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

To cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at admin@mummahh.com.au Due to hygiene issues we are unable to offer refunds on Mummahh Packs once they have been despatched. If however you cancel your order and your Mummahh Pack has not been dispatched, we will happily cancel your order and provide you with a full refund.

1. By entering you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents only.
3. You must be a subscriber to the Mummahh newsletter to enter.
6. Winners will be judged between 8 - 12 February 2012 and notified by email by 13 February 2012.

7. Entries will be judged on skill, creativity and relevance. Chance plays no part in this competition.

8. The winner will receive a LeapFrog Tag Reading System and an Interactive World Map.

Nature's Own Omega Delight Blog Competition.

1. By entering you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents only.
3. You must be a subscriber to the Mummahh newsletter to enter.
6. Winners will be judged between 13 - 15 February 2012 and notified by email by 16 February 2012.

7. Entries will be judged on skil, creativity and relevance. Chance plays no part in this competition.

8. There will be two winners who will each receive a Nature's Own Omega Delight Gift Pack consisting of 3 x bottles of Omega delight.
