In accordance with the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998, Mummahh recognises the importance of privacy and understands concerns about the security of personal information. We are committed to protecting any personal information that may be obtained through our ordering process. Mummahh will not use personal information submitted via its website for any other purpose, and will not disclose such information to a third party, without your consent.

As of 1 December 2012 we use PayPal for the processing of all payments for orders made through our online store.

Product Availability

Products may vary from time to time depending on availability from our suppliers. If an item is unavailable from our suppliers, we reserve the right to replace it with a similar item of at least equal quality and value.

Payment, Pricing and GST

We accept PayPal on this website. Prices displayed are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices do not include postage and handling. Prices may be subject to change without notice if necessary.

Delivery

Mummahh packs are sent via Australia Post or Courier. Order processing and delivery is usually within 2-5 working days, dependant on delivery area. Please contact us if you have not received your order or any communication from us within those times. In the unlikely event your gift is damaged in transit or your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@mummahh.com.au. Each situation is dealt with on a case by case basis.

We can deliver to hospitals/maternity wards via courier.

You will bear the risk of loss if goods go missing in transit.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

To cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at admin@mummahh.com.au Due to hygiene issues we are unable to offer refunds on Mummahh Packs once they have been despatched. If however you cancel your order and your Mummahh Pack has not been dispatched, we will happily cancel your order and provide you with a full refund.

The Husband's Secret Competition

1. By entering you agree to the following terms and conditions. The promotion is run by Mummahh ABN 97 657 149 362 PO Box 49 Sans Souci NSW 2219.
2. Entry is free. Employees, immediate family members, retailers, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter. You must be 16 years or over to enter.
3. Entry is open to Australian residents only. Winners will be asked to confirm they are Australian residents prior to being officially awarded any prize won. If a winner is chosen who is not an Australian resident we reserve the right to a redraw.
4. It is not mandatory but preferred if entrants are subscribers to the Mummahh blog and newsletter. In no way does being a subscriber increase your chances of winning and all entries will be judged as per point 8 below.
5. Competition begins 5 April 2013 and ends 30 April 2013 - "competition period".
6. Entrants are required to answer a question (25 words or less). You can enter once a day during the promotional period.
7. Winners will be judged between 1 - 3 May 2013 and notified by email by 7 May 2013.
8. Entries will be judged on skill, creativity and relevance. Chance plays no part in this competition.
9. One winner will be chosen who will receive a copy of The Husband's Secret by Liane Moriarty valued at $32.99.

10. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Prizes are not transferable. If for any reason beyond the Promoter's control the agreed prize is not available a product of equal or greater value will be provided.

11. The Promoter is not responsible for prizes once they have been despatched to the winner. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw unclaimed prizes. The Promoter will endeavour to contact winners through all possible channels before deeming the prize unclaimed.
