Products may vary from time to time depending on availability from our suppliers. If an item is unavailable from our suppliers, we reserve the right to replace it with a similar item of at least equal quality and value.
Payment, Pricing and GST
We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal on this website. Prices displayed are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices do not include postage and handling. Postage and handling is dependant on purchases made, please refer to our postage and delivery page for more information. Prices may be subject to change without notice if necessary.
Delivery
Mummahh packs are sent via Australia Post. Order processing and delivery is usually within 2-5 working days, dependant on delivery area. Please contact us if you have not received your order or any communication from us within those times. In the unlikely event your gift is damaged in transit or your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@mummahh.com.au. Each situation is dealt with on a case by case basis.
In some cases we can offer next day delivery to Sydney metro hospitals. Please contact us at info@mummahh.com.au for this service.
You will bear the risk of loss if goods go missing in transit.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
To cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at admin@mummahh.com.au Due to hygiene issues we are unable to offer refunds on Mummahh Packs once they have been despatched. If however you cancel your order and your Mummahh Pack has not been dispatched, we will happily cancel your order and provide you with a full refund.

September Newsletter Competitions
The following terms apply to all competitions in the September Newsletter:
4. Chance plays no part in all competitions and all entries will be judged on creativity and relevance of answer.
5. Winners will be selected 15 September 2010 and notified by email by 20 Sept.
6. Prize must be claimed within 2 months or a redraw will take place on 15 December 2010.
7. Competitions close 14 September 2010.
The following terms apply to the group training session prize:
1. This prize is redeemable in Sydney only. Mummahh and DMP take no responsibility for the travel or related expenses of attending these sessions.
