Village Vets welcome new NexGard

A new generation chew has been launched by Merial, a world leading animal health company, and it has the tick of approval from the Village Vets.

While many people have a pet pooch some of you aren’t aware you may live in paralysis tick zones. In fact 82% of dog owners who live in paralysis tick zones are not treating their dogs correctly to protect them from the deadly paralysis tick.

Village Vets, Dr Anthony Bennett and Dr James Carroll have seen the devastating effects of paralysis ticks and are welcoming this new product that will help dog owners protect their pet from fleas and ticks.

“This is a game changer for dog owners. Whether it’s flea infestation or a life threatening paralysis tick, we find that in our clinic, many cases could be prevented if the dog had been receiving treatment correctly” Dr Anthony Palmer

NexGard is a convenient monthly chew that is easy to administer, just like treat – without the need for tricks or coaxing.
